Originally from Portugal Tino Triste is a graphic and web designer, photographer and SEO programmer based in Bolton, UK.
Tino is a Web standards advocate because he believes that Websites should be intuitive, fun, attractive and should provide exceptional usability where visitors can find information easily and quickly.
With this in mind Tino Triste spends much of his time researching and developing his skills on using Web technologies in practical ways to create highly sustainable, maintainable, accessible, interactive and beautiful Web sites.

The16Art.com exists primarily to share my artistic work in the areas of photography, web design, search engine optimisation, research and development work, and personal thoughts. However, it was also conceived as a means of demonstrating my skills in markup language XHTML 1.0, CSS, and other web authoring tools.
